The recommendation is a starting workflow, not a shopping list. Run it with tools you already have for two weeks before adding another subscription. Save one example from each stage so you can see where time is lost: source collection, drafting, fact checking, editing, publishing, or distribution.
For example, a blogger with one hour a day may get a research, outline, draft, and review loop. The useful test is not whether the first draft sounds polished. Check whether every factual claim can be traced to a source, whether the draft answers a specific reader question, and whether the final edit removes material that was not verified.
What the tool considers
Your goal changes the shape of the workflow. Content work needs a clear brief and review pass. Traffic work needs search intent, a useful destination page, and measurement after publication. Product work needs evidence of a repeated problem before packaging a solution. Your main platform changes the format, while available time limits how many stages can fit into a daily routine.
